MOBO nominated “Best Producer” and “Ericsson “Best Newcomer” Award Winner Wookie is arguably one of the most talented UK producers.

Over the years he’s worked with the likes of Justin Timberlake, Lily Allen, Jill Scott, John Legend, MJ Cole, Masters at Work, Brandy, Roni Size, Craig David, Angie Stone and many more. He pioneered his own style sound of uk garage and produced a number of club classics including his number 9 hit “Battle”, his is a story coming back to where it all began - the very roots of dance music…!
Recently Wookie has released some thought provoking, uplifting material with all the warmth and atmosphere of classic soul combined with big house beats including “Live On” feat. Lain and “Do you Believe” feat. Xavier released on his own label Lovestar Music.. The reaction to these tracks has inspired him to DJ for the first time in his prolific career! 2007 will see Wookie launching regular Lovestar Music nights and delving deeper into the production of a second album.
