UK release date 12.07.2007

An affiliate of The Good Samaritan Music Project and no stranger to the mix-CD hustle, London’s Swift It Major attempts to take centre-stage on his first official single release.

Over Jay’O’s crisp, string-led track, the energetic MC seeks to convince jaded rap fans of his unique talents, meshing typical boasts with elements of social consciousness. A remix finds TGSMP’s Paradise and Moorish Delta’s talented Malik adding potent verses to the slightly-tweaked beat.

A sturdy offering indicating that Major’s forthcoming debut album will include both style and substance.
