The old Lamont Dozier socio-political track, inspired in the ‘70s by the apartheid regime’s treatment of African’s in South Africa, has been covered in a variety of styles over the last three decades with perhaps Odyssey and the FPI Project’s crossover versions the best know.

Now in a new twist, San Francisco-based Franky Boissy delivers his own superlative version featuring Michael Watford. It’s a wonderful alternate version too with equally strong mixes from DJ Spen (under his Muthafunkaz guise) and Luis Radio merely adding to the must-have charm.
